How can I place an order?

Online Orders: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
E-mail Orders: Email at [email protected] 
Phone Order: You may call us about placing an order with any questions that you may
have at 614-478-4972 or 614 371-2362. But we still would need your order
emailed or finished online.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Once an order is placed it takes 24-48 hours for processing, production and engraving.
For larger orders such as leagues will require extra time.

How much does it cost for engraving?

All of our engraving is FREE on all regular trophy and medal orders. Usually 2-3 lines of
engraving is sufficient. The only exception would be plaques that have extensive
wording. Over 60 words will be 10 cents per letter.

Can I put a logo on my engraving?

Yes, if it is camera ready art. Artwork must be a black image in a bitmap or jpeg form.
Once we receive your logo artwork we will let you if it will work or not. Art charge may
apply.

How do I submit my engraving information?

Send engraving detail using Word or Excel document. Use size 12 font size. Review
engraving information carefully for accuracy. Send to
[email protected]. Subject line should read New Engraving along with your
order number.

How much are shipping charges?

Shipping charges are based on weight of package and distance of destination.

How do I know that my payments are secure?

When you enter sensitive information, we encrypt the transmission of that
information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
